Prudie Wasson was born Feb. 6, 1912, in Pope County, a daughter of Vernon and Emily Parks Owens. She married Herbert Eric Wasson on March 7, 1930, in Eldorado. He preceded her in death April 24, 1983.
Surviving are two daughters, Joyce Lessen and Barbara Morrow.
She was preceded in death by two sons, four brothers and a sister.
