DISABLED MACHINISTJohnny (Mac) Nelson Quillen, 49, of Rt. 4, Corbin, died of natural causes in Somerset's Humana Hospital Lake Cumberland in Somerset around 10:30 p.m. Thursday Dec. 31, 1992.
Born March 25, 1943 in Knox County, the disabled machinist was preceeded in death by his parents, Chester and Inez Ridgal Nelson.
Survivors include four sisters, Cotha M. Sasser Bray of Corbin;Edna Blanton of St. Louis, MO;
Ethel Karr of Clays Ferry andEva Gail Palmer of Orlando, FL.
Five brothers, Kenneth Nelson of London;
Gene Quillen of Keavy;
Chester Quillen, Jr., of Middlesburg, FL;
James Quillen of Maryville, TN; and
Donald Quillen of Georgetown.
The funeral was held at 1 p.m. Sunday in the Laurel Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Jerry Swanson officiating.
