MOUNT CARROLL - Harold A. Rogers of Mount Carroll died Sunday in Savanna City Hospital. He was employed in the gas and appliance business. Born March 14, 1906, in Lanark, he was the son of John E. and Anna (Conrad) Rogers. He married Neva Acker Aug. 24, 1930, in Sterling.
Surviving are his widow; a son, Sheldon of Shullsburg, Wis.; four grandchildren; a brother, Orville of Savanna; and four sisters, Mrs. Jake (Ethel) Smith of Lanark, Mrs. Bessie Sollenberger of Chadwick and Mrs. Sylvia Miller and Mrs. Catherine Frey, both of Mount Carroll. He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandchild, three brothers and a sister. Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in First Lutheran Church here. The Rev.
