Born in Versailles, Indiana, he was a son of Clarence and Laura Reynolds Curran. He received his education in schools of Versailles.
In 1932 he married Lina Mae Singleton in Cincinnati, and she died in 1974.
He was a self-employed truck driver, retiring in 1974.
Survivors include three sons, Robert Curran, Cincinnati, Edward Curran, Clarkesville, and James Curran, Hamilton; three daughters, Mrs. Robert (Doris) McGuire and Miss Norma Jean Curran, Hamilton, and Mrs. Judith Lynch Trenion; 10 grandchildren.
Services Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Webb Funeral Home, 240 Ross Ave.
Burial in Rose Hill.
