Mrs. C. A. Brick, 95, formerly of 727 N. 12th St., Manitowoc, died Friday at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Helmuth Liermann, on Rt. 1, Manitowoc.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Theodore Sauer will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.

Mrs. Brick, the former Johanna Waack, was born March 27, 1872, in the Town of Newton, daughter of the late Christian and Johanna Willert Waack. She was married to Mr. Brick Aug. 21, 1890, and the couple resided at Manitowoc two years, moved to a farm in the Town of Newton, and came back to Manitowoc in 1933. Mr. Brick died in 1945.

Survivors are four sons, Adolph and Frederic of Manitowoc, Carl C. of Brillion and Norbert of Rt. 1, Manitowoc, a daughter, Mrs. Helmuth (Hertha) Liermann of Rt. 1, Manitowoc, 24 grandchildren, 62 great grandchildren and 13 great great grandchildren. Two daughters and a son preceded her in death.

Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, after 3 p.m. Sunday until 10:30 a.m. Monday when the casket will be taken to church where the body lie in state until time of service.
