Ann crossed the Atlantic Ocean from Liverpool to New Orleans on the ship "Champion" in 1843 at the age of 48. She came with her daughter Augusta (age 10), son Alfred (age 19) and daughter Matilda (age 15). T
The family came to Utah in the Willard Richards Company in 1848.
