William J. "Doc" Hope, 85, of Greeneville, died Monday at Laughlin Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Hope retired from Philips Consumer Electronics Co.
His family said he was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
He was the widower of Dora Gardner Hope.
He was a son of the late John and Virginia Hope and was preceded in death by two brothers: Ross Hope and Jasper Hope; an infant sister; a half-brother: Edgar Hope; and a half-sister: Velva Harmon.
