Agnes Kimball Boutot, 88, formerly of 64 Stevens St. died Thursday in Eastwood Pines Nursing Home in Gardner. Her husband Andrew J. Boutot, died in 1984. Born in Prentiss, Maine, she was the daughter of Albert and Gertrude Treadwell Kimball. She lived here about 75 years and graduated from Athol High School in 1921. She was employed at L. S. Starrett Co. for 20 years, retiring in 1967. She was past president of the Ladies Auxiliary, Edward H. Phillips Post 102, and a member of the Athol Congregational Church. Survivors include a son, Reginald Boutot of town, two grandchildren, Dennis Boutot of town and Chris Anne Beaulieu of Greenfield and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p. m. in the J. Edward Murphy Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. Jeffery Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. A calling hour will be held at 1 p. m. before the services. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in her memory to the Building Fund, Athol Congregational Church.
