Mrs. Phoebe Baltimore, mother of Wm. L. and Peter S. Baltimore, died at the residence of the latter yesterday morning, at the age of 92 years. She was attached with paralysis two weeks ago, which was the cause of her death. She was one of the oldest colored residents of this city, having been here since 1807. She was beloved by a large circle of friends, and was for more than 40 years a member of the Liberty street Presbyterian church.
