Benjamin Miller, 79, of 1226 Richards Avenue, a retired painter, died at 2:30 p.m. Monday (Febr.3) at Good Samaratin Hospital where he had been a patient since January 17. A native of Noble County, he was born Sept. 15, 1889. He was a member of Saint Nicholas Catholic Church. A veteran of World War I, he belonged to DAV. He had lived in Zanesville 44 years.
Surviving are two sons, James of the home and Lawrence of Columbus and nine grandchildren.
Friends may call at Hillis Funeral Home 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, rosary will be recited at 7:15 Wednesay at the funeral home. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Saint Nicholas Church. Burial will be at Mount Olive cemetery.
