Arno B. Huhn, 85, a Village of Cleveland resident, died Tuesday, January 22, 1991, at Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center, where he had been a patient for the past seven days.

He was born November 22, 1905, in the Town of Centerville, the son of the late William C. and Minna Fenn Huhn. He attended Pleasent Hill School and graduated from Sheboygan Business College.

On July 2, 1927, he was united in marriage to Eleanor Schaetzer and the couple resided on the Huhn family homestead, where they engaged in dairy and potato farming until 1970. Eleanor passed away on April 4, 1983.

He was again united in marriage to Viola Thiel Bender on may 26, 1984. The couple resided in the Village of Cleveland. Mr. Huhn was a member of St. John and St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, in Cleveland. He had served on the church council. He was an active member of the Cleveland Senior Citizens and was also chairman of the Red Cross for the Town of Centerville for many years.

Survivors include his wife, Viola; and one son and daughter-in-law, DuWayne (JoAnn) Huhn, of Cleveland; one daughter and son-in-law, Mrs. Bonnie (Mark) Fritz; one daughter-in-law, Mrs. William (Rita) Huhn; ten grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three step-daughters, Jean Stoeckigt, of Cleveland; Joyce Haack, of Howards Grove, Kath Fries, of Kiel; one step-son, Randy Bender, of Cleveland; 12 step-granchildren; eight step-greatgrandchildren; four sisters, Gladys Wilke, of Sheboygan; Irene Leonard, of Kiel; Lucille Klemme, of Plymouth; Corrine Seliger, of Sheboygan. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Eleanor; one son, one daughter, one grandson and five sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, at St. John and St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, in Cleveland. Rev. Henry Koch will officiate and burial will be at Saxon Cemetery in the Town of Centerville. Friends may call at the Stoltenberg Funeral Chapel, in Cleveland, from 4 - 8:30 p.m. on Friday and on Saturday, at the church from 11 a.m. until the hour of service.

A memorial fund has been established in Mr. Huhn's name.
