Chester A Tupper, whose death was briefly announced in Last week's News, passed away on Sunday, Apr 3, 1904, at the home of his brother, J M Tupper, at Troy Mills, Iowa, where he had gone about two months before in the hope of improving his health. He had been a sufferer for about a year and a half past and death was due to lung trouble. His age was 31 years, 11 months, and 22 days. He was born in the Town of Sheboygan Falls and had always lived in this vicinity. On April 27, 1893 he was united in marriage to Miss Minnie Fox of Plymouth and she with two daughters, one age five years and the other eleven months, survived him. He is also survived by his parents, five brothers and three sisters as follows; Julian M Tupper, of Troy Mills, Iowa; Rev Geo W Tupper of Louisville, KY; Dr B L of Marshfield, WI; Eugene E of Chicago, IL; Sylvester L, who resides on this old homestead; Mrs. A. M. Corbett and Mrs Adelia Tupper of Marshfield and Miss Belie Tupper, at home.
The remains were brought here and the funeral took place on Thursday at the late home of deceased on the old homestead. the Rev E E Drosser officiating.
Interment in the Farman cemetery on the Dye road. Much sympathy is felt for the bereaved widow and children, the parents, and brothers and sisters of deceased.
