Hettie Wallace Collier Miller Block passed away suddenly on November 25th, 1935. She was born in Gatewood, Ripley County, Missouri to parents, Robert Bruce Collier and Matilda Caroline O'Neal. In 1910, she married David Daniel Commodore Miller and to this union, had their son, Bruce Lavelle Miller. Hettie's 2nd marriage was to Albro Arthur Block, who also had a daughter from his first marriage, Johnnie Leona Block. Hettie and Albro made their home in Coalgate and had their daughter, Peggy Lou Block. She was preceded in death by her mother, Matilda Caroline O'Neal Collier and survived by her father, Robert Bruce Collier; husband Albro Arthur Block; son Bruce Lavelle Miller; daughter Peggy Lou Block; step-daughter Johnnie Leona Block; brothers, Albert Estel Collier, James Claud Collier and Audie Franklin Collier; and sisters, Julia Collier Graham and Allie Collier Guler. Hettie is buried in Coalgate Cemetery in Coal County, Oklahoma.
