ADA "MARIE" HARRIS ROGERS, 84, passed away June 17, 2003. She was a loving mother and devoted wife. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years, Marvin Ross Rogers, Sr. and son, Roy Benton Rogers. She is survived by son, Marvin Ross Rogers, Jr.; daughters, Ann Lowe and Joan Hammett; grandchildren, Sherry Aitken Knight, Sandra Aitken Empson, Melody Aitken Anhalt, Jennifer Rogers Jackson, Bryan Rogers, Luke Lowe, Allison Hammett, Matthew Lowe, Andrew Hammett, Allen Rogers, Ann Hammett, and Megan Rogers; eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM on Monday, June 23, 2003, Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, June 24th at 3 PM in the Main Chapel of the funeral home with interment to follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
