ADA - Erika Abele, 73, died at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Lima Memorial Hospital. She was born Nov. 7, 1909, in Latvia, the daughter of Alfreds and
Anna Martin Pudis. On Jan. 1, 1933, she married Ernests Abele, who survives. Mrs. Abele was a housewife. She was a member of the Latvian
Evangelical Lutheran Church in Dayton and an honorary member of the Ohio Northern University
Faculty Wives. Survivors also include a son,
two daughters, and four grandchildren. Services will be at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hanson-Neely Funeral home, Ada. Rev. Herberts Jurjans officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ada. Friends may call at the funeral 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and until time of services Wednesday.
