Mrs. Farris was born April 7, 1915, in Lynn, to William Albert and Nancy Kathryn Rose Baughn. She was married to Ancel B. Farris, who preceded her in death.
She was a homemaker and member of the Grassy Church of Christ.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law: Terry and Kathryn Farris of Union Grove and Roger and Judy Farris of Huntsville; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters: Amy Wilson and Pattie Johnson of Ozark; loving caregivers: Willa Dean Pearce, Dean Richards, Jean Mapes and Lynn Kemp.
The funeral service was at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 31, 2007, at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, with Dallas Burdett officiating. Burial was in Edgewood Cemetery, with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
Pallbearers were Seon Farris, Jeffrey Farris, Arthur Ray Hanson, Scott Haga, Tony Cox and Don Wilson.
