Born near Palmyra, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. Married in Newton Falls, Trumbull County, Ohio. Settled in Bryan, Williams County, Ohio, to raise a family; wife died there. Took family to Rooks County, Kansas for some time. Moved to Gunnison, Gunnison County, Colorado and resided for a long while. Finally moved to Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon, where he passed away at the home of his daughter Huldah E. Woods.

MILLER -- In this city, April 25, 1920, at the residence of his daughter 826 Corbett st., Christopher Miller, aged 92 years 7 months 8 days. Deceased is survived by three sons, C. K., C. I. and D. G. Miller, also a daughter Mrs. H. E. Woods. Deceased was a member of Fountain City lodge No. 314, I. O. O. F., Bryan, O. He was one of the oldest members in the United States, being a continuous member for 55 years. Remains are at the parlors of Skewes Undertaking Co., cor. 3d and Clay. Funeral notice later.
