Died on Birthday
Mrs. Peter Ackerman, 926 north Walnut street, died at 2 p.m. today at her home on her 72nd birthday.
Mrs. Ackerman who was born in Reading, O., had spent the last 32 years of her life in Madison. She had been in failing health for some time.
Surviving are: six sons, William of Cincinnati; Clement, of Dayton, O.; Joseph, George, Roy and Oscar, all of Madison; and five grandchildren. Her husband preceded her in death four years ago.

Serve at Funeral
Funeral services for Mrs. Amelia Ackerman were held this morning at 8:30 o'clock at St. Mary's church with Rev. George Sebastian officiating. Burial was at St. Joseph's cemetery with Henry and Charles Johann, Nick Understeller, Adam and Andrew Wolfschlag, Sr., and Carney Graves at pall-bearers.
