She was born July 2, 1930, a daughter of Eden Floyd Dewey and Lucy Brawley. Upon Lucy's passing, she was raised by Viola E. (Mock) Brawley and later raised by Harvey and Ruth Kensinger. She married Marand M. Snyder in April 1960 in West Virginia.
Mrs. Snyder was a member of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church, Hollidaysburg.
She enjoyed sewing, gardening and playing the piano.
Surviving are her husband of 42 years, Marand; five sons: Marand of Cresson, Mark, Marvin, Marlin, and Martin, all of Duncansville; six sisters: Martha and Virginai Heaton, Catherine Ott, Florence Appleman, Ela Dively and Glanda hatch; two brothers: Donald and Paul B rawley; and three grandchildren.
she was preceded in death by Ray, Dewey and Howard Brawley.
Friends received at the Good Funeral Home Tues. afternoon and evening. The funeral will be held there Wednesday, Jan 22, 2003, with Pastor Donald Robson. Interment in
Alto-Reste Park Cemetery.
