Mrs. Mary Junk, 92, of Holy Family Extended Care Facility, Manitowoc, died Wednesday morning, Feb. 25, at the facility.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Parkside Funeral Home and 11 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Philip Hoffmann and ____ ___ at St. Wendel Cemetery Cleveland.
Mrs. Junk, nee Mary Zinkel was born Sept. 27, 1888, at Newton, daughter of the late Charles and Margaret Degenhardt Zinkel. She was married to Andrew Junk May..(line unreadable)..Church, Silver Lake. She was an honorary member of both St. Paul and St. Wendel Christian Women's Society and a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc.
Survivors include four sons and daughters-in-law, Edward and Ann of Manitowoc, Norbert and Martha of West Allis, Albert and Florence of Silver Lake, and Marvin and Mabel of Manitowoc; a daughter and son-in-law, Josephine and Lawrence Wagner of Sheboygan; 17 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by he husband, a son, three great grandsons, four brothers and a sister.
Friends may call at Parkside Funeral Home from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday where a prayer service will be held at 8 p.m. .by Deacon William Klein.
