Taken by Death LAFAYETTE Ind June 20— (AP)— David M Boyle 82 one of the few 33rd Degree Mason in Indians died, today of a heart attack.
Mr. Boyle was a native of Dubois county and after his graduation from the Indiana University School of law, he moved to North Dakota where he was active in land settlement work and served as judge.
He moved to Lafayette 45 years ago and engaged in the real estate and financial business He served as receiver for several banks in this area.
He was a member of all local Masonic organizations and the Indianapolis Scottish Rite. His wife the former Sarah Dillon of Bloomington died a year ago Funeral services will be held here at 2 p m Monday.
