Canadian Politician. He studied at the Séminaire de Québec. He was received notary on February 27, 1865 and began his practice first in L’Islet, then he moved to Deschambault. He acted as secretary of the School Board of L’Islet from July 17, 1870 to August 4, 1882. Conservative candidate in L’Islet in 1878, he was defeated, but was elected three years later in this same district. He was defeated in 1886.
