Will of Andrew Dill (1796-1830) taken from 1971 Dill book:
In the name of God, amen I Andrew Dill, of Jackson County and State of Ohio, Being weak in body, but of sound and perfect mind and memory. Do make and publish this my last will and testament, in manner and form following, that is to say, first I give to Beloved wife Catherine Dill All my Real Estate and personally property as long as she remains my widow, Except fifty dollars to be paid in property. I give and bequeath unto Sally Casner, when she becomes of age, of this my last will and testament; hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 5th day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and twenty nine. Andrew Dill
