Gerald Lee Deyton, age 55, of Asheville, formerly of the Jacks Creek Community, passed away Saturday, February 5th, 2011 after an extended illness. He was the son of the late Herman and Zelda Griffith Deyton. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Steven Deyton.
Surviving are two sons: Nathaniel Lee Deyton and fiancé, Cassey Summerall and Austin Brady Deyton, all of Asheville; sister, Judy Burgin and husband, Dennis, of Post Falls, Idaho; loving and caring in-laws: Tommy and Brenda Frisbee, of Marion; niece, Mitzi Lindstrom; nephew, Chris Burgin.
Burial was in the Bailey Hill Cemetery.
