ADAMS, SHIRLEY K. - Of Rives Junction, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at the age of 62. Surviving are her husband of 10 years, Steve; three daughters, Tina (Drew) Bristow, Jodi Poe, and Heidi (Bill) Stevens; four grandsons; one great-granddaughter and one great-grandson; two sisters and three brothers; several nieces and nephews and her dog, Little Mia. She was preceded in death by her parents and several brothers and sisters. Funeral services remembering Shirley's life will be held at the J.C. Adams Funeral Home, Leslie Chapel, on Monday, October 10, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Doug Prater officiating. Interment will follow at Fitchburg Cemetery.
