Howard Josephberg passed away suddenly at his home in Bath. He was four days shy of his 60th birthday. Howard was born in the Bronx, the son of Abraham Josephberg and Pearl Foshner. He attended William Howard Taft High School. He lived in Fairlawn, NJ and Bethlehem, PA before moving to Bath. He served on the Bath City Council for several years. He is survived by two brothers: Jerry of the Bronx, and Neil and his wife Myra of Florida, two nieces Gabrielle and Libby of Florida.
