Obit: "Yesterday, at half past 12 o'clock, Mrs. Marian Martine, wife of Nathaniel Martine, and daughter of Gilbert Coutant, after a long and painful illness. During her affliction, she manifested the most pious resignation to the will of her Heavenly Father; and as her end drew nigh, her faith in her Blessed Redeemer grew stronger and stronger. She retained her senses to the last moment, and after bidding a most affectionate adieu to her weeping relatives and friends, with a joyful countenance, resigned her spirit into the hands of her Creator. The friends of the deceased, and those of her father and husband are invited to attend her funeral to-morrow, at five o'clock, P. M. from the residence of Mr. Gilbert Coutant, Bowery-lane, opposite Nicholas William-street."
