Sheboygan Press: "Mrs. Grotegut Of Cleveland Passes Away Wednesday", 29 Dec 1932

Mrs. Ernst Grotegut, who was stricken with apoplexy on Friday night, died at her home at Cleveland, Route 3, at 11 p.m. Wednesday.

Mrs. Grotegut, nee Marie Dehne, was born in Town Centerville, on February 2, 1877 and lived there practically all her life. Her marriage to Ernst Grotegut took place January 25, 1902.

Survivors are: her husband, four daughters, and two sons, three grandchildren, five brothers, Carl Dehne, Town Centerville; Henry Dehne, Medford; William and Ed. Dehne of Colby and Peter Dehne, Town Newton; five sisters, Mrs. Hrman Monk and Mrs. August Hintz of Centerville, Mrs. William Stock of Newton, Mrs. Irvin Gabsch, Sheboygan and Mrs. Arthur Gabsch, Centerville. One child died at the age of two years.

The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon at St. John's Ebenezer Reformed church and the Rev. Mr. Froneberg will officiate.
