son of the late Fred and Rheta (Grece) Hazzard. Gordon was a member of the R.C.M.P. in his early years and later became co-owner of Keystone Transport of Wallaceburg. Gordon loved fishing and hunting and was a life member of the Amateur Trapshooting Association. Gordon was also a life member of Tecumseh Sydenham Lodge No. 245, the Kent Chapter of Rose Croix and the Mocha Shriners. Beloved husband of Phyllis (Highfield) Hazzard. Loving father and father-in-law of Judith and Jim Barr of Kingsville and Janice and Francis Dobbelaar of Wallaceburg. Proud grandfather of Ian and Hollie Barr, Ashley, Lauren, Paul and Sean Dobbelaar. Sadly missed by a nephew Rick Darling of London. Predeceased by one sister Pauline Darling.
