Promoted to Full 7th Corporal on 14 Jun 1863.
Promoted to Full 8th Corporal on 01 Apr 1863.
Mustered out on 03 Aug 1863 at St Louis, MO.

A memorial also exists for Darwin at Jefferson Barracks in Missouri.
