JOHN G. MOTT John Gary Mott, 39, of 511 N. 9th Street, Manitowoc, died Tuesday evening, February 17, 1987 at home. Funeral services will be 1:30 pm Friday at Melnik Presbyterian Church. Rev. Elmon Ward will officiate with burial to follow in the church cemetery. John was born June 12, 1947 in Manitowoc County, son of Ruth Dehne and the late Russell Mott. He graduated from Mishicot Community High School in 1965. John had been employed at Manitowoc Engineering. His hobbies included fishing and playing cards. Survivors include his mother of rural route Denmark; a brother and sister-in-law, Lorin and Leah Mott of Green Bay; a sister and a brother-in-law, LouAnn and Gerald Brantmeier of Route 1, Mishicot; eight nieces and nephews, Gina, Michelle, Randy, Dawn, Jeffery, Shannon, Shawn and Scott. Great nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends survive. He was preceded in death by his father in 1980- and a brother in 1977.
