James Lowder. 64 of Three Forks, a veteran of World War I died at the veterans hospital at Fort Harrison this morning where he had been a patient since January.
Lowder was born Jan 27 1891 in Quincy, Ill. He enlisted in the army in February of 1918 at
Forsyth and was discharged in April 1919, at Fort D. A. Russell, Wyo. After serving as a private with the 44th Service Company.
He is survived by a sister Mrs. Sarah Rumsey of Buffalo. Wyo.
Funeral arrangements are pending. The body is at Herrmann and Company."
