BATESBURG - Services for Catherine Riddlehoover Goff, 76, of Route 3 Double bridges Road, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 22, 1998, at Batesburg Church of God, conducted by the Rev. Dennis Lear and the Rev. James Wiley. Burial will be in Ridge Crest Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Daniel Fallaw, Doug Lewis, Lynn Willis, Jerry Padgett, Shon Jones and Johnny Ingle. The family will receive friends 7-9 tonight at Milton Shealy Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Batesburg Church of God.
Mrs. Goff died Saturday, June 20, 1998. Born in Augusta, she was a daughter of the late George and Alberta Jones Riddlehoover. She was a charter member of Batesburg Church of God and a homemaker. She was widow of Lewis Felder Goff.
Surviving are daughters and sons-in-law, Margaret and Troy Temples of Batesburg, Virginia and James D. Perry of Inman; sisters, Florine Ingle of Cross Hill, Joann Willis and Beatrice Boatwright, both of Batesburg; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren.
