After her marriage to Elias, in November of 1835 they moved to Ohio in 1838. Then in 1842 the family moved to Stark County and bought a 90 acre farm just west of Alliance, Ohio.

It appears she may have died at the time she gave birth to her twin daughter's, Almira Ellett (1858 - 1859) and Alvira Ellett (1858 - 1859).
