BELOW is an email I've received from Tim Sayers:
The 5 sons did go to western pa together
but mom and dad did not come with them--they stayed in York/Adams co, Pa. with oldest son Adam Jr.

Adam Sr. followed European tradition and farm went to oldest son. The 5 sons went out to establish themselves elsewhere.

Adam Sr. actually came to fight the colonists for the British crown but arriving and seeing what they were fighting for he changed sides. He was known as a Hessian soldier. He signed oath to the colonies which granted him 100 acres any where in the colonies if the won. His 100 acres were in the York/Adams counties of Pa. There is proof of this. He and his wife's bodies have been removed from Hanover church in Adams Co. when church started to expand but church has a book with his name and a couple son showing they attended there.

Where bodies were taken is unknown. A descendent of Adam Jr. has been looking for it. He thinks it may be in Bachman Twp. in Maryland.
