Services for Alfred Bjorkland, 76, of 1005 Harvard Terrace, Evanston, a retired Chicago public school principal, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Church of the Atonement, 5749 N. Kenmore Ave. Mr. Bjorkland died in Evanston Hospital Friday night. He retired in 1945 and principal of Skinner Elementary School, 111 S. Throop Street. Mr. Bjorkland leaves his widow, Anna, and a son, John A.
