Robert "Bob the Fighting Irishman" Kilpatrick, age 76, of Harrisburgh, PA, died Thursday, October 20, 2011 in Pennsylvania. Mr. Kilpatrick was born May 23, 1935 in Newburgh, NY. He is the son of the late Robert and the late Ruth (Crosby) Kilpatrick.
Our Dad, Pops and Brother was a hardworking, hard loving man, who taught us all qualities in life that we will take with us throughout our lives. He was funny, caring and cherished by all that knew him.
He is survived by three daughters: Lori Goddard of Linglestown, PA, Susan Brown and husband, Eric of Wallkill, NY, and Pamela Kilpatrick of Lewistown, PA and two sons: Robert Kilpatrick of Binghamton, NY, and Brendan Kilpatrick of Pine Plains, NY; one sister, RuthAnn Livoti of Maybrook, NY and two brothers, James Kilpatrick and wife, Judy of Florida, and Ken Kilpatrick and wife, Marlene of Maybrook, NY. He also has eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial calling hours will be Saturday morning from 9:30-10:30 a.m. A Funeral Service will follow calling hours at 10:30 a.m. with Reverend James Kilpatrick officiating. Burial of Cremains will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Middlehope, NY.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Subacute Center, Activities Dept. 120 So. Filbert Street, Mechanicsburgh, PA 17055.
