Jeffrey "Scott" Harsha, 43, of Kankakee, formerly of Tuscola, passed away at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday (Nov. 1, 2011) at his residence, surrounded by his family.
He was born on Aug. 2, 1968 in Kankakee to Jerry and Bonnie Wood Harsha. He was preceded in death by his sister, Lisa Harsha; his maternal grandparents, John and Lorraine Wood and his paternal grandfather, Walter Harsha.
He married Andrea Collier on May 29, 1988 in Tuscola. She survives. He is also survived by two children, Derek and Alexandra Harsha; his parents; one brother, Mike Harsha, and his wife, Tara; paternal grandmother, Lissie Harsha; two aunts, Carolyn and Chris Harsha; one uncle, Bruce Wood, and his wife, Renee, all of Kankakee; four nephews, Andrew, Jerry, Justin and Ethan; two nieces, Kaytlyn and Nicole; a brother-in-law, Rod Collier, and his wife, Lisa, of Marietta, Ga. and his in-laws, Tom and Carol Collier of Tuscola.
