Funeral services for John Hendrix Dooley, age 51, were held at the home Sunday, January 22 at 2:30 p.m. Mr Dooley died at 9:15 p.m. Friday after several months of being up and down with a serious heart condition. Burial took place in the Dooley plot in the City cemetery.
The deceased is survived by his wife, Mrs Ethel Yarbrough Dooley, Roswell, New Mexico; 5 brothers, B L and W S, who live here; Bourke, Will and George, Texas; 2 sisters, Mrs W B Barton, Cowan; Mrs Richard Bradley, Detroit, Mi. His mother died 8 years ago, and his father 2 years ago.
