The funeral of Vincent Aspinwall, aged 18, was held Monday at Medina, Rev. C. H. Lester officiating. The young man's death was a great shock to his friends, being entirely unexpected. He left Medina for Chicago seven months ago to take a situation there at stone cutting. About two weeks ago he had stated in a home letter that he had been injured by a falling stone, but gave no intimation of the seriousness of the injury, so that when a telegram came announcing his death in a Chicago hospital, the news was very startling.
