Mrs. Anna Booth, wife of Anthony J. Booth, Sr., of 544 West Broad street, died last Wednesday in her home after a brief illness. She was born in Manchester, Va., and had lived in Westfield 35 years.
Besides her husband she is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Octavia Monroe of Westfield, Miss Mary C. Booth of Virginia State College, Petersburg, and Miss Ada Booth at home; five sons, Nathaniel, Anthony J. Jr., Joseph, Ernest, and Edward Booth.
Funeral services were held Saturday in the Bethel Baptist Church and were conducted by Rev. William M. Moore, the pastor. Interment was in Fairview Cemetery.
