Adolph C. Brick, 79, of 1614 Wisconsin Ave., Manitowoc, died early Saturday morning at home.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at First German Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Norval W. Koch will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.

Mr. Brick was born Dec. 26, 1894, at Newtonburg, son of the late Carl and Johanna Waak Brick. He married Erna M. Lippert, Sept. 19, 1917, at Newtonburg. He attended St. John Lutheran School, Newtonburg, and was employed at the Midwest Creamery, Manitowoc, for 55 years, retiring as manager. He was a member of the First German Evangelical Lutheran Church and a former trustee and elder of the church. He was a member of the Mens Choir in his early years and a former member of the Kiwanis Club, Manitowoc.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Professor Delmer C., of New Ulm, Minn., and Elroy H. of Manitowoc; three brothers, Carl C., of Wells, Wis., Norbert of Rt. 1, Manitowoc, and Frederick R., of Manitowoc; one sister, Mrs. Helmuth (Hertha) Liermann, of Valders. Five grandchildren and a great grandson also survive. A brother, Herbert, and two step-sisters preceded him in death.

Friends may call at the Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, State Street Chapel, from 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday,until 11:30 a.m. Monday, and from noon until the time of services at the church. Memorials may be made to the First German Evangelical Lutheran Church Building Fund.
