Cleo Jones Anderson 6/29/1918 ~ 2/24/2005 Our wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother peacefully departed this world on Feb. 24, 2005. She was born June 29, 1918 to Willard and Edna Jones in Virden, New Mexico. Married Philip Benjamin Anderson on June 15, 1937 in the Mesa Arizona Temple. Cleo graduated from Gila College, Thatcher, Arizona. She raised five sons in Mesa, Arizona and lived in Tucson, Arizona. They moved to Bountiful, Utah in 1968.

She was a member of the LDS Church and served faithfully in many church callings. She and her husband Ben served in the California, San Diego Mission and many years in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Cleo touched many lives through her service, her handiwork, gifts and she loved her roses. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Corilla, Emma and Viva and grandchild, Tiffany Anderson. She leaves behind husband, Ben; sons, Philip, Dale, Melvin, Brent, and Craig; 26 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren; brothers, LeRoss,Melvin, Maurice, Edwin and Lamar.

Funeral services will be Tues., March 1, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bountiful 24th Ward Chapel, 720 E. 550 S., Bountiful. Friends may call Mon. from 6:00-7:30 p.m. at the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 N. Main, and Tues. morning from 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services.
