Hubert J. Nuetzler Sr., a 77-year-old retired Jefferson City contractor, died Sunday at Memorial Community Hospital after a six-month illness. Mr. Neutzler, 1600 Southwest Blvd., was born Feb. 8, 1899, here, son of Frank and Ann Wolfe Neutzler. He was married Oct. 10, 1926, at California, to Matilda Van Loo, who survives.
Mr. Neutzler was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church.
Other survivors include: A son, Hubert J. Neutzler Jr., 2854 South Ten Mile Dr.; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Louise Graessle, 1120 Oak St.; two brothers, Frank Neutzler, St. Louis, and Leo Neutzler, 1513 Stadium Dr.; two sisters, Mrs. Hattie Gatzweiler and Mrs. Hilda Allcorn, both of St. Louis; and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. today in St. Peter's Church with the Rev. Patrick Daly officiating. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
