Ann A. Ebert, age 96, of 715 S. 24th street, Manitowoc, died Friday, November 18, 2011 Shady Lane Nursing Care Center, Manitowoc. Ann was born on October 29, 1915, in the Town of Cato, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Schriner) Brandel. On July 3, 1941, she married Reinhart Ebert at St. Mary Catholic Church, Clarks Mills. He preceded her in death on May 5, 1946. Ann was a press operator at Jagemann Stamping Company for 21 years, retiring in 1977.

Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, Stephen and Linda Ebert, Reinhart Ebert and his fiancee, Sally Read; one daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Dennis Todl, all of Manitowoc; three grandchildren, Tammy, Dennis and Odette; three great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Bailey and Jake; one brother and one sister-in-law, Jack Brandl, Columbus, OH, Rita Brandl, Columbus, OH. Ann was also preceded in death by eight brothers, Joseph, Charles, Bernard, Victor, Robert, Leonard, Ottmar and Herbert Brandl; seven sisters, Elizabeth Augustine, Sr. Hernengild Brandl, Agnes Mahlock, Sophie Brandl, Veronica Reiderer, Rose Budnar and Beatrice Stuebber.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2011, at St. Francis of Assisi on Marshall. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Dan Viertel with burial at St. Michaels Cemetery in Whitelaw.

The family will greet relatives and friends on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at St. Francis of Assisi on Marshall from 9:30a.m.until10:45a.m.
