Henry Loy, age 63, of Ockley, died Monday morning at the St. Elizabeth hospital in Lafayette following a second operation performed Saturday. Mr. Loy was previously operated on last December.
He was born Sept 16, 1868 in Carroll county and had spent his entire life here. He leaves his wife, three daughters and one son: Mrs. Harold Patton, Delphi; Mrs. Thelma Berhens of Indianapolis; Donna Loy, at home, and Charles Loy of Flora;, also the following brothers and sisters, George Loy and Truman Loy, Delphi; Annis Loy, Buck Creek; Mrs. Bertha Cripe, Delphi; Mrs. June Wise and Mrs. Nellie Morrison, Chicago; Mrs. Addie Ashba, Maxwell, Iowa.
Funeral services were held at the home Wednesday at 2:00 o'clock with interment in Zion cemetery.
