Rev. Bell was baptized in Amenia, NY in 1757. He graduated at Yale in 1779 and was ordained at Amesbury, MA Oct. 13, 1784. On Nov. 30, 1790 he was installed as the third pastor at the Old South Congregational Church in Windsor, VT, serving both Windsor and Cornish, NH until 1795.
