Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Glenrock Episcopal church for Mrs. Anna Airgood who passed away Sunday night after a lingering illness. The services were conducted by Rev. Claude F. Canterbury of Douglas.
Burial was in the Glenrock cemetery under the direction of Kennaugh and Hofmann. Pallbearers were William Walkinshaw, Jim Anderson of Casper, T. V. Lewis, Lumby Hale, Allen Kimball and Jake Pierce.
Anna Green was born January 4, 1890. She came to Wyoming 28 years ago and was married to Eugene Airgood who passed away a few years ago.
Mrs. Airgood had been in poor health for some time and last summer underwent an operation from which she never fully recovered. She remained in critical condition or several months, being released from the hospital only a couple weeks ago.
Upon her return to her home here it was thought that's she was making a slow recovery until about 11:45 p.m. Sunday when she suffered a heart attack and passed away within a few minutes.
Mrs. Airgood was a faithful member and worker in the Glenrock Episcopal church and belonged to the Glenella Rebekah lodge.
The only survivors are distant relatives.
