On January 26, 1999 Judge Stanely Ott of the Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, Orphans' Court Division, settled litigation over the disposition of this cemetery. The agreement reached with representatives of the descendants of those buried there, community groups, neighboring Beth David Reform Congregation, the Moskowitz family, and developers turns the cemetery over to Beth David Reform Congregation. Beth David along with local community groups plan to raise funds to clean up the site, repair damaged stone markers, and create a memorial park for use by relatives of those buried there and the community. Members of Beth David are presently researching the history of the Cemetery and the names and location those buried there.
