Musician. He is considered the greatest accordion musician of Sweden, being called "The King of Accordion," reaching great popularity even outside his native country. Born Karl Karlsson, he changed his name after the village he was born, Jularbo in the province of Dalarna. As a five-year-old, he learned to play the accordion, winning 158 competitions. Throughout his career, he made 1577 recordings, which is a Swedish record. "Livet i Finnskogarna", "Avestaforsens brus" and "Drömmen om Elin" are some of his most beloved recordings. He also made over 100 compositions. In the city of Avesta, there is a museum to his honour.
